Do you keep a stash of takeout menus at home or in the office? Rather than stuff them haphazardly into a drawer, conquer your takeout menu clutter in one of these two ways:
Make a Takeout Menu Organizer
To do this, decide how you want to organize your menus. A good way to categorize is by alphabet or by food type. Then get a simple three ring binder and some pocket folder dividers like these. Get the same amount of folders as the different categories you want to use. For example, if I want to organize menus by Fast Food, Pizza, Asian, and Sandwiches, I would get four folders.
Once you have all the materials, label the pocket folders and tabs, put them in the binder, then insert the menus in the appropriate folder. Now you have an easy way to keep and search for menus!
Organize Takeout Menus Digitally
If you prefer to go paperless, you can scan the menus or take photos of them with your smartphone or tablet. You can then store the digital files in a 'Take Out Menu' folder on your device. If you don't want to take up space, just keep the files online and easily accessible using free services like Evernote or Dropbox.
