Making sure we have everything we need for each meal so I don't end up going shopping a dozen times that week! Also my husband can't eat wheat so often I end up cooking either two separate meals or two separate sides to go with a meal.

My biggest organizational challenge in my kitchen is sticking to a plan. I try to plan out meals, but my husband is very picky when it comes to anything healthy, so trying to find a balance between scratch made meals to heat up pizzas!
